We primarily offer single-family homes for rent on year-long leases in the Traverse City area.

Some of our properties may allow pets, while others may not. Please check the property listing for specific pet policies.
The security deposit amount varies by property and is calculated to be 1.5x the monthly rent. For example, if the rental property has a rent of $2,400, the security deposit will be $3,600 (2400 x 1.5). It is a refundable deposit, pending the condition of the property upon move-out.
Our standard lease term is one year. However, some properties may have different lease terms, so please check the specific property listing.
Typically, utilities are not included in the rent. Please review the property listing for details on which utilities are tenant responsibility.
Tenants monthly rent will be setup to auto-deduct via ACH from their bank account on the first day of each month.
We offer lease renewal options for tenants who wish to extend their stay in our properties. One month prior to the end of your lease term, we will contact you to begin the process to either renew your lease or terminate it.
Subletting is not allowed at our properties.
We require renters' insurance to protect your personal belongings. Accepted rental applicants will need to provide proof of renters' insurance prior to moving in.
We have a strict no smoking policy at all of our properties.
